Account plans
Live Hub offers two account plans, Trial and Essential. When you create your first account, Live Hub automatically assigns it to the Trial plan. The account automatically switches to the Essential plan when you add enough credit to maintain a positive account balance.
An account on either plan becomes inactive when its balance reaches zero. See Inactive accounts.
Trial plan
Your first Live Hub account, and only your first one, starts on the Trial plan and includes $10 USD in complimentary credit from AudioCodes. The Trial plan includes almost all Live Hub features, subject to the following limits:
| Trial limit | |
|---|---|
| Bot connections | One bot connection. |
| SIP connections | Two SIP connections of any provider type. |
| Phone numbers | One phone number at a time. You can delete the current number and purchase another if your account balance covers the cost. Live Hub retains the number for 28 days after purchase and then deletes it. |
| Outbound calls to the PSTN | Not available when you use phone numbers supplied by AudioCodes. As a result, you cannot configure a PSTN call destination. |
| Microsoft Teams | Up to 50 users at no charge for one month. If you configure more than 50 users during that month, you pay only for the additional users. For example, if you configure 70 users, you pay for 20 users. |
| Call rate | Calls per second and maximum concurrent calls are limited. |
| Lifetime | Live Hub deletes an inactive Trial account three months after you create it. Live Hub sends a warning email before deleting the account. |
Essential plan
Add enough credit to a Trial account to create a positive account balance, and Live Hub automatically upgrades the account to the Essential plan.
After the upgrade, the Trial plan limits no longer apply, and the account gains full access to Live Hub features.
Outbound PSTN calling through phone numbers supplied by AudioCodes is an exception. Adding credit alone does not enable this feature.
To use outbound PSTN calling, the account must be on the Essential plan, and you must contact AudioCodes to enable the capability. See Outbound calling.
Turn on auto-recharge to add credit automatically before the account balance reaches zero. For more information, see Billing models.
Inactive accounts
An account becomes inactive when its balance reaches zero or becomes negative. While it is inactive:
- Bot connections and SIP connections cannot handle calls.
- You cannot manage the account. Live Hub blocks all configuration changes, including adding or editing bot connections, phone numbers, and other configuration entities.
Add credit to reactivate the account. If you do not add credit, Live Hub eventually deletes the account or its phone numbers according to the following schedule.
| Trial plan | Essential plan | |
|---|---|---|
| Account deleted | Three months after the account was created. | Three months after the account became inactive. |
| Phone numbers deleted | 28 days after purchase | 28 days after the account becomes inactive |
Live Hub sends a warning email before deleting the account or any phone numbers.
